About Us

Pacific Lily Hospitality is a woman-owned catering and private event planning company operating throughout Washington and Arizona. We specialize in providing high-end cocktail and beverage service in any setting, and proudly offer private spirit and cocktail classes, comprehensive beverage catering, stunning charcuterie boards, and headache-free event planning services. Brit and Chelsea, the owners of Pacific Lily, have a combined 40 years of comprehensive bar, restaurant, and special-events experience and pride themselves on their attention to detail, passion for everything food and beverage, ability to make just about anything happen, and most importantly, their love for providing impeccable customer service. We cannot wait to make the beverages at your next private event as memorable as the rest of the experience!

Brit Bedford 

Brit Bedford is an experienced bartender with over 25 years of industry experience and a wealth of expertise in all areas of food and beverage. She has worked all over the West Coast at several award-winning bars, as well as internationally, studying everything she could about spirits and cocktail culture during her travels. Impressively, Brit holds several hospitality-focused degrees and certificates, including a culinary degree, certification in Bar Smarts, Bar Smarts Professional, and is currently enrolled in the WSET 2 in Spirits program. Moreover, Brit has an unwavering passion for food, beverage, and exquisite hospitality- one could even say she was born for this- having grown up in restaurants all her life as the daughter of a well-respected Sommelier. Thus, she is beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to take all of the knowledge she has curated over a lifetime of eating and breathing everything-hospitality, to bring you and your guests the most memorable and exquisite catering experience imaginable! 

Chelsea Arnold 

Chelsea Arnold is a qualified industry professional with a comprehensive background in bartending, largescale event operations, and business management. She has both bartended and helped manage private events in almost every setting imaginable for  going on 15 years, most recently overseeing all the beverage operations for two beloved Seattle music festivals. She currently manages several businesses and catering programs in the greater Seattle area. Since she was young, Chelsea was confident that one day she would be able to call herself a business owner, and is delighted she has realized her dream in an industry she has a genuine love and enthusiasm for.
